By accessing or using ABC-IO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ABC-IO provides AI-powered interfacing, global mesh networking, cross-sensory translation, and emergency beacon services.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal activities.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Do not transmit malware or harmful content.
• Beacon service is for genuine safety use only — false reports may be prosecuted.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABC-IO is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in the State of Delaware.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
